Sunday: Stability Ball Workout (3 Rounds)
30 Reverse Leg Lifts, 30 Push Ups (feet elevated on ball), 30 Ball Hand Walkouts, 30 Dumbbell Flyes (back supported on ball), 30 Crunches, 30 Lying Hamstring Curls
Cardio: 60 minute Bike Ride (10 miles) – Both Todd and Kelly
Monday: 30-20-10 Workout Circuit
Frog Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Side Crunches, Handstand Push-Ups, Bicep Curls, Tricep Dips (30 Reps, Repeat – 20 Reps, Repeat – 10 Reps)
Cardio: 60 Minute Power Walk – Kelly / 1 mile trail walk - Todd
Tuesday: 99 Countdown Workout
99 Jumping Jacks, 99 Crunches, 99 Second Wall Sit, 99 Leg Lifts, 25 Push-Ups (Repeat each with 88 reps, 77 reps, 66 reps, 55 reps, 44 reps, 33 reps, 22 reps and finish with an 11 minute run). Todd added 15 minutes of Calf Raises
Cardio: 45 minutes on the elliptical – Both Kelly and Todd
Wednesday: No Strength Training Today
Cardio: 60 minute outdoor jog (in 95 degree weather….I DIED!!!) – Kelly / Todd – used the heat as excuse to do NOTHING!!!
Thursday: Thigh Pyramid – 3 Rounds
10 Split Squat (each leg), 20 Regular Squats, 30 Lunges, 40 Toe Touches, 50 sec Wall Sit, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 sec Wall Sit, 40 Toe Touches, 30 Lunges, 20 Regular Squats, 10 Split Squat (each let)…Repeat twice. Todd added 15 minutes of Calf work afterwards.
Cardio: 60 Minutes on the Elliptical – Kelly / 45 Minutes on Elliptial -Todd
Friday: Shoulders and Abdominals
Smith Machine Military Presses, Smith Machine Upright Rows, Dumbbell Lateral Raises on a Bosu Ball, 45# Plate Front Raises, Reverse Flyes, Oblique Twists, Weighted Reverse Crunches, Ab Rollouts with Wheel and Regular Sit Ups (3 sets of each).
Cardio: 900 Meter Freestyle Swim – Both Kelly and Todd
